The scientific
and investigative Institute of Economic Analyses, Diagnoses and
Forecasts (Polish abbreviation IADiPG) originated in May 1999. The
Institute consists of scientists and practitioners well-oriented in the
reality of Polish economy. The goal of the Institute is dissemination
of scientific and investigative achievements in economic practice. The
Institute consists of nine sections:
Section of Maritime
Economy,
Section of Real
Estates,
Section of Economic
Law,
Section of Agricultural
Economics,
Section of Capital
Markets and Insurance,
Section of Small Firms,
Section of European
Integration,
Section of Demography,
Section of Regional Analyses.
Every section
has an output counted in hundreds of person-years of researches,
experiences and dozens of publications. The idea of the Institute is
co-operation of specialists from different academies, specialities,
companies and institutions; various political orientations for creation
of regional thought and its application in regional policy.
The Institute
is a plane of exchange of opinions, researches, training and experts'
reports, creation of publications in the field of economy. The practice
needs more and more science and new forms of cooperation between the
science and the practice. The Institute makes it possible, dealing with
propagation of achievements of Szczecin academies and transferring
these achievements into practical ground. Today's situation does not
satisfy anyone, neither scientists, nor practitioners.
The Institute
has particular achievements on the field of widely understood real
estates management. The Institute consists of dozen or so persons with
authorities of real estates valuation and professional broker licences
and real estates manager. The Institute leads specialistic courses and
professional practices for property-experts and real estates managers.
The Institute has organised several conferences. Persons acting in the
Section of Real Estates play significant role in the country in the
real estates management among them there are members of State
Qualification Committees and the head of the Institute is a member of
National Council of Real Estates - legal advisory body of the Head of
the Office of Housing and Development of Cities.
The unique
achievement of the team is elaboration and practical, triple
initiation of the algorithm of mass ground real estates valuation. By
means of the algorithm, on the order of the City of Szczecin, we
estimated with very good accuracy dozens of thousands of real estates.
Members of the Section of Real Estates are the authors of several
monographs. Among the other titles, the most important is two volume
monograph Nieruchomości, przedsiębiorstwa - wyceny, analizy, over one
hundred scientific papers and many specialistic experts reports and
projects. They currently realise individual real estates valuations.
